Visitant is a blackened death metal band that weaves ethereal elements into a soundscape that is as haunting as it is aggressive. Lyrically and musically, the band crafts immersive dreamscapes that are both ritualistic and unrelenting, channeling the essence of restless, vengeful spirits. For fans of Gojira, Opeth, Naglfar, and Between the Buried and Me, Visitant delivers a visceral experience that reaches beyond genre boundaries.

The band features a lineup of seasoned musicians. Anthony Lusk Simone on drums has performed with Abiotic and Lattermath. Kilian Duarte on bass has played with Abiotic, Lattermath, Felix Martin, and Scale the Summit. Taylor Tidwell on guitar is known from Unaligned and Withered Throne, and Thomas Weidick on guitar from Homicyde. Chelsea Marrow on vocals has worked with Voraath and The Monster Factory. Chelsea’s vocal work can also be heard in acclaimed video games such as DOOM Eternal and Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II.

Formed in February 2022 by founding members Taylor Tidwell and Chelsea Marrow, the band builds on a strong collaborative history.

Visitant released their debut album Rubidium on August 22, 2025.
